    Just amazing!
    I searched for several years for a smooth pencil that did not smear all under my eyes by the end of the day. I went through at least eight different brands of pencil and even switched moisturizer over and over to stop my eyeliner from smudging. Nothing worked until I tried Riviera.     By far the best I've tried
    This eyeliners is the best at gliding on easy and staying on. it's the closest thing to having permanent eyeliner. I will not even try to find anything better because I don't think its possible!
